EPF-80D punch former is a attachment for precision grinding different kinds of punch and electrodes of EDM in surface grinding machine and universal tool machine.
The punch former with crank possesses function for dressing grinding wheel into various cross section of flat or curved shapes.

BPF-80S punch former not only feature as EPF-80D but also has center hole to allow long pin or punch use.
Option choice for grinding wheel angular dresser for side to side feature.

To dress convex arc: ..................... h=H+R
To dress concave arc: .................... h=H-R
h: distance from end of diamond to base of
    punch former
H: center height of punch former
R: radius of the arc to be dressed
